Finals for the Masonry Singapore Closed Squash Championships

The Women's Open finals will commence at 4.45pm.
The Men's Open finals will commence at 5.30pm.

Some updates:

SSRA is currently in the final stages of completing a ranking system that would be used to rank all participants in a particular period (12 months). Thanks to Mr Shawn Loh (former national junior trainee), currently a committee member of SSRA, he has painstakingly programmed a ranking system customized to our calendar of events.

This ranking system would then be used for more accurate seeding of players over the course of a year as well as for the use of national representation selection.

It is vital that all participating clubs who organizes tournaments to be in line with SSRA ranking system guidelines so as to create the best possible ranking outcome for the whole fraternity.

More would be revealed to the fraternity in due course.

SSRA would be using the above event as a beta testing sample.

National Squash League 2012 - Reminder

Please be reminded that the closing date for the above event is drawing near.
17th January

All payments are to be made and received by the office by 31st January.
Thereafter, the NSL 2012 fixtures may be done up and circulated in time.

NSL will be scheduled to commence some time during the 3rd week of February (12th Feb onwards)

Weekly updates of scores and fixtures will be uploaded here for everyone's viewing.

YES it is the time of the year again where you suit up and get cracking for WAR friendly games!
In case you have not received our email blast regarding the NSL registration details, you may click here to check out the requirements.

Do note that this is a TEAM event, therefore, to participate you have to either...

• Form your own team of players for a particular grade or more and get affiliated with SSRA
  OR
• Get yourself involved in a local squash club and compete your way into their main teams of different grades to represent them!

You may download here to view the squash clubs in Singapore who participated in 2011. There were a total of 101 teams!

Masonry Singapore Closed 2012 Entry Form

Once again, SSRA presents the annual Masonry Singapore Closed 2012.

Details as such:

Venue: Kallang Squash Centre
Date: 14 - 21 January (Weekday evenings, weekends 9am - 10pm)
Entry fees:
SSRA 2011 members ($25)
Under 19 and below ($25)
SSRA non members ($35)
Late payment fees ($40)

Closing date: 19th December 2011, 5pm

Registration has closed.

The fixtures will be out on the 3rd January 2012 (Tentative).
